Andrea Fisher
Silver Sneakers
Andrea
is certified as a Group Fitness Instructor through Fitour
and has subbed for Tone & Sculpt and Abs for many years. She
enjoys helping people get and staying in shape through
group exercise; the camaraderie keeps the class fun and
helps encourages one another. As a registered Music
Therapist, She sees private clients, as well as teaches Kindermusick at White House of Music and private piano
lessons in her home.

Jill Vitale
AM KickBoxing
Jill has
a degree in Elementary Education from UW-Madison. She's been
teaching at the HAWC since 2004 when she was certified as a
group fitness instructor. She has a purple belt in Tae Kwon
Do and has a passion for Kickboxing, but also taught
Power Flex & Group Cycling. Along with teaching HAWC
Fitness classes, Jill is also an avid tri-athlete. Getting up early to punch and kick
with Jill is enjoyable way to start your day! |

Debbie Blasing
Power Flex
Debbie
is a Fitour Certified Group Instructor and is Red Cross
CPR-Adult/AED certified. She is an avid runner and
participated in several marathons in 2007. Debbie instructs
Power Flex and Absolute Abs and has been taking these classes
for several years. Debbie is a high motivating instructor, pushing you to your maximum potential.
Power Flex is a high
intensity workout with free weights and cardio for
outstanding results. There's always a different routine, so
there is never a dull moment!

Joan Wilson
Cycling
Joan is
a retired school teacher that has found a renewed interest
in health and body wellness. She recently completed
certifications for Fitour Group Exercise, Kaiser Indoor
Cycling, Silver Sneakers, and YMCA Lifeguard Training.
She claims, "It's never too late to begin an exercise
regiment to improve one's quality of life." |

Dawn Liddicoat
Tone & Sculpt, Core Flex Express
Dawn's
training includes group fitness, advanced personal training
and sports nutrition. She fell in love with Pilates over a
year ago and has been teaching ever since. She has inspired
others to tone with resistance bands and challenges your
balance in her Balls and Bands class. Dawn enjoys teaching a
variety of classes, you just never know what she'll be
teaching next session. |

possess a B.S. degree in Fitness Management.
I also acquired an NASM Personal Trainer Certification, a
SpinningŪ Program certification, and a Body AttackŪ
