 TAI CHI CHUAN

Tai Chi Chuan is a slow, graceful Chinese exercise that enhances relaxation skills, mental focus, and physical alignment while building leg strength, endurance and stability. Ideal for increasing stamina, flexibility and coordination, Tai Chi promotes efficiency of movement and economy of effort. Its principles apply to all activity and is excellent for all ages, fitness levels and abilities.

Absolute Abs

Challenge your core! A fun approach to strengthening the major muscles of the torso, including the abdominals, obliques, para-spinal musculature and glutes. This class is an intense 20 minutes of the newest and most effective abdominal exercises in the industry today. Abs is conveniently timed so you can combine it before or after many other classes.

Beginner Indoor Cycling

Beginner Indoor Cycling is designed for the recreational biking enthusiast of ANY age. Tips regarding proper bike positioning, posture, grips and pedaling technique will be provided. Each class will conclude with core strengthening and stretching. The class is also a great foundation for those interested in incorporating Groupd Cycling as part of their physical fitness training.

Adult Martial Arts

Now is the time to get started with Adult Martial Arts.  Our Martial Arts program is a Tae Kwon Do And Hapkido curriculum for any level.  Learn boxing, grappling, and much more.  Advance by earning belt levels right here at the HAWC.  Adult Martial Arts is great for overall fitness, flexibility, and toning too.  Choose your pricing option:  convenient monthly EFT from a checking or savings account, quarterly billing, or new monthly billing.  (3 months due up front for quarterly billing)
